Bradford University School of Management retained its position as one of the world’s top 100 elite MBA business schools and number one in Yorkshire in the 2012 FT rankings.

It is also ranked third in the UK for achieving the highest MBA salary increases and tenth in the world for value for money of its programme against the quality of its teaching. Three years after graduation, Bradford MBA students are paid 110% more – the only two other business schools in the UK with higher salary increases were London Business School (134%) and Manchester (116%). This makes Bradford’s MBA fees very good value for money.

Karsten Naylor graduated from the full time MBA at Bradford University School of Management in December 2008 and is now Head of Quality Assurance at The Original Factory Shop. He said: “Despite finishing my MBA at an extremely difficult time in the jobs market, I have managed to significantly boost my career and earnings already and hope to continue reaping the rewards throughout my career. The MBA experience gave me a better all round understanding of business that allowed me to move from manager to director level in quality assurance using my understanding of areas like finance and intellectual property. I’m still an actively involved member of the School’s international alumni network and I would recommend the Bradford MBA to ambitious middle managers.”

Terry Carroll, Bradford University School of Management alumnus, former Treasurer of Halifax and CEO of National & Provincial, gave a guest lecture on the credit crisis at the School. He said: “When I came to Bradford from the south of England in the late 1960s, I had no idea what to expect. I fell in love with the School of Management, the city and Yorkshire and have stayed ever since. My career (as a CEO, FD, manager and consultant) has spanned major UK institutions here in the region. Doing my business degree at Bradford was the cleverest thing I ever did and I am proud that my former school is still at the top of its class in the region and internationally.”

Making the most of limited finances is among the most important considerations for many of today's MBA students, and Bradford University School of Management has a great reputation for providing value for money for its MBA Fees.

Its courses are highly regarded by employers, and there is consequently a healthy demand for our graduates. Also, Bradford is one of the cheapest places in Britain in which to be a student. In particular, there is plentiful low-cost, private accommodation within easy walking distance of our Heaton campus.

The Bradford MBA is designed for professionals with at least three years’ work experience at middle or senior management level who want to change career, boost salary and career progression, start a business or develop broad management expertise that will change the way you think.

The School is one of the oldest university based management schools in the UK. It offers MBA students the choice of a number of different routes and study modes, with the flexibility to switch between them during the programme. These are full time (over 12 months or accelerated over 10 months), executive part time and distance learning.

Depending on the mode of study chosen, students can either be based in Bradford or at one of the School’s partner institutions across its global campus. There is also the option to take different modules in different locations.
